Method

One constrained-Delaunay TIN (Shewchuk's Triangle, PSLG mode) over the full DEM/imagery extent, built in true UTM 12N meters with every registered parcel ring as a hard edge; fine fill inside parcel envelopes, coarse elsewhere. Slope % per triangle from meters of run against NAVD88 meters of rise; acreage is plan-view, in-parcel only. Scene centered on the parcel centroid with z = −northing (north up, east right from any camera). Drainage: D8 flow routing on a priority-flood-filled DEM, channels drawn above a catchment threshold. Anomalies: Local Relief Model residual (elevation minus 150 ft-radius mean), positive blobs scored 0–100 by listed, weighted factors — a screening list, not a survey.

Assembly acreage vs. the master plan's headline: the plan frames the assembly at 137.6 ac. Live SGID geometry for the parcels in scope gives 49.45 ac (408) + 28.50 ac (DJ-17) = 77.95 ac; the plan's figure included an outparcel no longer in scope. Confirm the headline against current recorded legal descriptions.
Serial 430 is likely already net of the wastewater carve-out: plan math is 239.96 ac gross − 10.00 ac = 219.7 ac net; the SGID ring computes to 219.42 ac — the net figure already. Subtracting 10 ac again would double-count. 219.42 ac is used throughout.
Anomaly engine is screening-grade: candidates are ranked by terrain evidence only; several top-ranked pads coincide with visible modern structures in the imagery (tanks, buildings), which is the expected behavior of a relief detector. Field or historical-record confirmation is required before any candidate is treated as a cultural resource.
